ROSS GRATER – PRIVATE EQUITY CONSULTANT

Ross Grater is a private equity professional with more than 20 years of experience. In addition to being a consultant for FSREG, he is the Managing Partner of Argan Capital and the founder of Buckingham Park Financial Services.

He previously worked for Deloitte in London, the Cayman Islands and South Africa where he gained substantial experience in the financial services industry and exposure to a number of mid-market firms.

Ross’ main areas of expertise are:

• The establishment, management and winding-up of private equity and venture capital firms and their investment funds.
• Fractional private equity and the provision of end-of-life administration and management solutions to private equity and venture capital firms.
• Acting as the CFO/COO of private equity firms, including being responsible for managing and monitoring firm’s finance, taxation and compliance operations.
