Marco is a Solicitor at FSREG and focuses on corporate, investment funds and regulatory matters.

He holds an LLB in Law and Politics from Lancaster University, an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an LLM from BPP University, London. He qualified as a Solicitor in December 2023.

Marco’s main areas of expertise are:

  1.  Advising venture capital firms investing in early-stage companies.
  2. Advising fund managers on regulatory matters relating to compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules, including the Consumer Duty.
  3. Advising firms operating in the regulated sector on AML/KYC compliance matters.
