As part of this service, we act on your behalf regarding your UK GDPR compliance and deal with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO“) and UK data subjects in this respect.

  • you are a controller or processor located outside the UK without any offices, branches or other establishments in the UK; and
  • you are offering goods or services to individuals in the UK or monitoring the behaviour of individuals in the UK.
