Dan is a versatile corporate solicitor currently practicing English, BVI and Cayman Islands law. With a strong educational background from the University of Glasgow, Dan has over a decade of experience advising on a broad spectrum of corporate, funds and financial services matters, whilst also being a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP).

Dan’s main areas of expertise are:

  1. Advising on the establishment, management and liquidation of open and closed ended funds (including advising investors on primary and secondary fund investments).
  2. Advising on M&A transactions (Dan previously advised on the sale of an established English football club in 2012).
