Khuleg is a legal intern at FSREG where he assists the team with legal research, legal drafting and other tasks.

He is a third year law student soon to graduate from Oxford Brookes University and aims to take the Solicitors Qualifying Exam in the near future to practice law in the United Kingdom.

Khuleg’s main areas of expertise are:

  1. M&A transactions and associated legal due diligence;
  2. Venture capital transactions; and
  3. GDPR and financial crime compliance.
